Return Policy:

Notify us first of your intent to return and item through e-mail or by phone. Be sure to include relevant information such as Product name, Invoice # and reason for return. Our Returns Department will then contact you . Send package back to the address provided. (All return shipments are self-funded and will not be reimbursed by us. Please make appropriate shipping method choices accordingly.)

It is the customerís responsibility to report any damages/shortages within 48 hours of receiving the products; no claims will be accepted after 48 hours. You must count your item(s) upon arrival and document any damages/shortages on your delivery receipt. No refund or credit will be issued for defective or damaged merchandise until merchandise is returned and inspected; customer is responsible for sending the merchandise back to our return department. Please allow at least 5 business days for refunds and processing time. **Special orders and final sale items are not returnable.
